CLEVERNASS TECHNOLOGIE inc. complies with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector ("Law 25") and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

1. Controller

The controller of personal information is CLEVERNASS TECHNOLOGIE inc., head office in Laval (Quebec), Canada.

2. Person in charge of personal information protection

In accordance with section 8.1 of Law 25, a person in charge of personal information protection has been designated. You may contact them by email at privacy@clevernass.ca.

3. Information collected

When you write to contact@clevernass.ca, we collect your email address and the content of your message. When you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymized technical data (pages visited, visit duration, device type, country, referral source). No data is collected without your explicit consent.

4. Purposes

Information is used to respond to your requests, offer you a demo of our SaaS, and measure site traffic in order to improve quality. No use for third-party commercial prospecting.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (voluntary sending of an email, acceptance of analytics cookies).

6. Retention period

Emails received are kept for 24 months from the last exchange. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (default configured duration).

7. Your rights

Under Law 25, you have the following rights over your personal information: access, rectification, withdrawal of consent, de-indexing, portability, cessation of dissemination. You may exercise these rights by writing to privacy@clevernass.ca. In case of dispute, you may file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI).

8. Transfers outside Canada

The hosting of this site and the storage of emails received are carried out in Canada. However, the use of Google Analytics involves a transfer of anonymized technical data to the servers of Google LLC, located in particular in the United States. This transfer is governed by Google's privacy policies and occurs only with your explicit consent.

9. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information: TLS encryption, restricted access, regular updates.

This policy may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
